Seattle Nature Alliance had a table today at the Jefferson Horticulture Open House sponsored by Seattle Parks and Recreation. We really appreciated being invited to attend and reach out to the public.
We had a chance to meet and talk with many about our advocacy for preserving Seattle’s natural spaces.
We shared a protected area in front of the beautiful main building with Barb DeCaro, the Resource Conservation Coordinator from Seattle Parks.
People from all walks of life, all ages and many interests stopped by to chat, ask questions, get a few freebies, and have good conversations with us about our wildlife and our natural areas.
